I've had two issues which really were beyond his control but he stepped in both times to help me out, always with a great attitude! This latest time was over a year after installation and Chris could have easily washed his hands of me and my problems, but he was super helpful in getting a service technician (paid for by the manufacturer under warranty) out to my house to get the new part installed with as little hassle as possible on my end.
